Policies

• No minimum stay required. One-night-only reservations are generally not made far in advance of the date, and are dependent upon other scheduling, There is a €20 surcharge for one-night-only reservations.

• Seamount House is a 100% non-smoking establishment. In consideration of others, no smoking is permitted in the rooms however there is a designated smoking area outside the house.

• We cannot accommodate guest pets.

• Children are welcome in most units. (Port-a-crib available)

• Lighting candles is not permitted in the rooms.

• Payment
  A deposit of one 50%, or one night’s room charges (whichever is greater), for each room reserved, is required to confirm your reservation. Balance of charges is payable on the date of arrival. Payment may be made by VISA, Master Card, personal check, traveller's checks, or in cash. Please make checks payable to ”Seamount House B & B.”

  Cancellations and changes to reservations require 14-30 days notice and €50 - €100 processing fee (depending on length of reservation).
